教育使命

　　本校的教育使命是以提供全人教育為目標，全力發展學生潛能，使他們不但擁有實用的學識，更具備崇高的人格，為社會的繁榮和進步作出貢獻。

    本校本著『有教無類』的辦學精神，著重教導學生立身處世，推己及人，尊敬長輩；培養學生的自信心，在愉快的心情下學習。

    本校的校訓是『以德行仁』，秉承儒家的思想，教導學生克己復禮，為社會作育英才。

辦學目標

本校辦學的目標有幾點：

1. 培育學生的品德及公民意識，輔導他們身心成長；
2. 鼓勵學生學習，自我增值；
3. 啟發學生的心智，訓練他們獨立的思考能力，使他們能自發尋求知識；
4. 引導學生多參加課外活動以誘發他們的學習興趣，增強自信心，適應群體生活，為投身社會作出準備；
5. 鍛煉學生的體能，使他們身心得到平衡的發展；
6. 培養學生對藝術的興趣和審美能力，以薰陶他們的性格；
7. 令學生熟識資訊科技的基本運作。

　　為求達致本校所訂立的辦學目標，本校成立專責小組，定期作出檢討。專責小組成員包括：校董會、校監及校長、副校長、教師督導委員會、教師及學生家長代表。

校舍及設施

　　本校校舍有四層，屬自置物業，全校均有空氣調節。本校現有 18 間標準課室，9 間特別室:包括圖書館、輔導室、地理室、美術室、音樂室、2 間電腦室、2 間科學實驗室，另有禮堂、露天運動場及雨天運動場等。

    本校位於美孚地鐵總站毗鄰 B 或 C 出口，美孚巴士總站對面。未來西鐵總站將連接美孚地鐵站，交通極為方便。

訓育輔導

　　本校將訓育和輔導工作合為一，學生偶犯過失，必先予以輔導以代替懲罰，務使他們早日踏上正途，故多年來師生關係良好，大部份學生都明白功過的原則，近年來推行之『品學進步獎』和『書簽獎勵計劃』成功，足以反映『訓輔合一』的顯著成效。

學習輔導

1.加強學生中、英、數三科的學習，開辦各級中、英文及數學輔導班。
2.因應學生程度施教，初中推行課程剪栽計劃。
3.協助新移民適應來港學習，開辦新移民生活輔導班及新移民英語輔導班。

行政架構

    本校採用精簡制度，由上至下的管理階層分為四級:
1. 校董會
2. 校長及副校長
3. 教師督導委員會
4. 科主任及教師

　　學生完成中三課程後，如考試及格，則可於原校升讀中四。本校更和 『保良局莊啟程預科書院』有直接聯繫，中五學生會考成積最佳的六科如取得十四分以上者，可升讀該校。

To employ one IT Assistant to help teachers in the preparation and designing IT teaching materials.

To release the workload of teachers in their job mentioned in b.

Salary & MPF of one IT assistant: $9,817 X 12 = $ 117,804

   f. Criteria of Effectiveness

The increase in the number of effective IT teaching materials produced and in the frequency of using the MMLC for teaching.   

   g. Evaluation

The performance of the IT assistant and the quality of IT teaching materials produced.

2. To attend to the needs of Special Students

   a. Key Areas

To improve the listening and speaking skills of students whose English standard is below average and to arouse interest in their leaning of the English Language.

   b. Strategy

To employ one part-time NET to teach in remedial English Lessons and to organize activities in the English Corner.

   c. Advantage

To release the workload of teachers in the preparation of worksheets and in the organization of extra-curricular activities after school.

   d. Period of Service

2005.09.01 - 2006.07.31

   e. Resource required

Salary & MPF of one part-time NET: $6,000 X 11 = $ 66,000

   f. Criteria of Effectiveness

The progress of English standard of students attending remedial classes and the popularity of the English Corner.

3. Overall budget

   a. Salary of 1 IT assistant           = $ 117,804

      Salary of 1 part-time NET          = $  66,000

      Total resource required            = $ 183,804

      Deficit (less $122,117 received)   = $ (61,687)

  The deficit is to be settled by the School General Reserve Fund.
